Logo Commissions

The basic custom logo package includes a fully coloured, white, and black logo versions.
The icon version is an add-on.
Full commercial rights (Merchandise,etc.), PSD File & Logo Showcase are included!

Commission Process

Most of the time clients do not contact me beforehand so if you are reading this, please do. LOL I would prefer to let you know how long the logo will approximately take and answer any questions or concerns you had before accepting your order in case I am not a fit for your needs. If you submit an order I can only understand so much from your order details. I will still add any non-contacted clients to my queue but I would like to save you time and money in the event that there was a misunderstanding.The commission queue is first come first serve unless I receive an order that has a deadline. If it is a rush order then, based on the timeline given, it may be moved forward in queue. This is to respect if there is a special event such as debut. Please only add a deadline if you genuinely do need it sooner than later. Most commissions I accept won't take longer than a month to get to.1. Payment - I receive commission orders via Ko-fi for all products. Payment plans can be arranged through PayPal or Ko-fi if requested through DMs. After payment you will be added to the Trello Queue. I will not start any commission that I have not received payment.
Please read my TOS for my refund policy.2. Contact - Clients will be contacted once I'm about to begin their logos and reminded to check the Trello for live updates. Clients will be asked for a general concept of their idea if they have any. Many clients trust me to create a unique concept and that is also perfectly fine.3. Custom Orders - Clients will be asked to choose their desired text font for their logo & shown a general concept of their logo & asked for confirmation on any concepts or revisions needed. (Max 3 major revisions during the sketch process; revisions afterwards will only be allowed to minor revisions within reason) After the sketch process clients will receive a colour scheme concept and then a final colour version confirmation.
If a client has ordered addition products, such as the icon or banner, it will go through a shorter but similar process.
Please note that I cannot continue forward with a logo without confirmation from a client on whether they accept what I've shown them. I will move onto the next logo and come back to a logo once the client has confirmed they are happy with that step of the process.General Process

Terms of Service (TOS)

Full Refunds will only be offered if the product has not been drafted within a month of commissioning. Please allow 7 business days for any refunds to process.Partial Refunds will be given if the product is partially completed. For example, if the product is sketched, 75% of the commission is refundable. If it is in it's lining phase, 50% will be refundable and so forth.Clients who receive a delivered product will not receive any refund unless the product was not completed or what was discussed.Client dissatisfaction is not reasonable grounds for a refund. Refunds are based solely on the completion of the product as agreed upon.Major revisions in the final processes of a commission is not considered an incomplete commission. I have already completed what was already discussed and given updates every step of the process.Please have all references ready before deciding to commission. Do not send more references and details after the draft process has started unless I have asked for a clearer reference.Clients who request refunds without the reasonable grounds to will be charged a $20 refund fee for taking a commission slot previously and stopping potential business and taking the time and effort of the artist to process their commission. All fees must be paid before I work on any of the client's future commissions.
[Effects clients starting in 2024]I have the right to refuse to continue a commission at any point in the transaction but I am obligated to refund the product based on it's completion stage.Only three revisions will be given each commission during the sketch process. Minor revisions afterwards are limited to within reason.Commercial rights will be stated if it is included. Please contact if you have any further questions. Commercial rights also include merchandising as well.Please contact first before commissioning to confirm delivery period and waiting list!Any commissions to be kept private, please discuss it with me! I have no problems keeping a commission private until the reveal.As the creator, I hold the right to use your commission in my portfolio or showcases unless asked to keep private.Please include credit to me as the creator of your commission when possible.Commissions will only be archived for 3 months; it is the responsibility of the client to download and store their commissions.Last Updated | August 10, 2024
